- This sacred neck ornament (kasoa) of whale teeth was collected by Professor Raymond Firth on Tikopia Island in the Temotu Province of the Solomon Islands. According to the Museum's records it was acquired by Professor Firth from the Mapusanga kinship group in 1928. The University of Sydney donated it to the Museum in 1992.
